ENHANCING BUSINESS CAPABILITY

Worked with a Manufacturing company to improve overall plant operations, covering order booking to dispatch- Quality, Customer satisfaction, Production Planning & Control. Helped with integration of acquired plant with parent entity and accomplished benchmarks for volume, utilization, cost, efficiencies (productivity & recovery) & delivery adherence. (10 -15% improvement)

Turned around the plant into a profit-making unit. Seamless integration with record production of 418 T in a month from 450 T capacity plant.

BUSINESS AND OPS EXCELLENCE

Evangelized adoption of operational efficiency across the organization. Worked closely with the customer in implementation of plans within time and cost budgets, verifying progress against planned outcomes, analyzing deviations from plan, interpreting warning signals, and guiding corrective action based on root cause analysis in order to deliver the goals.

BVA – FCF of 928 MUSD against target of 825 MUSD. Savings through structured techniques at 2.5% of revenue.
